Federal judge tells Flynn prosecutors to swear under penalty of perjury that documentary evidence is accurate

In an action that may delay its outcome until after the Nov. 3 election, a federal judge gave prosecutors in the case against Michael Flynn until Monday to swear under penalty of perjury that evidence they have filed is accurate, the Hill reports. Judge Emmet Sullivan issued the order after former FBI agent Peter Strzok accused the prosecution of altering documents pertaining to notes he had made.
