Job growth bounced back in January with 200,000 new payroll jobs, wage growth strongest since 2009

(Worthy News) – The economy added 200,000 new jobs and the unemployment rate held steady at 4.1 percent in January, the Department of Labor reported Friday, as job creation bounced back to a robust pace.

With revisions, the past three months have averaged 192,000 monthly payroll jobs, adjusted for seasonal fluctuations. [ Source: Washington Examiner (Read More…) ]
