NYC: Several dozen arrested as protestors demand all votes be counted

New York City police arrested several dozen people they said had tried to violently “hijack” an otherwise peaceful demonstration on Wednesday night, the Washington Examiner reports. Activists condemned the arrests, including Joo-Hyun Kang, executive director of Communities United for Police Reform, who tweeted: “This is police violence.”
